 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  i had such a positive experience at this clinic, especially considering how scared i was going into my appointment. every staff member i spoke to was so kind and caring and completely non-judgemental answering all the questions i had. they explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. i’d definitely recommend reading through all the materials they send u beforehand properly. knowing what’s expected and coming prepared helps everything run smoother and allows the staff to focus on your individual needs. the staff are very compassionate and understanding. i left my appointment feeling relieved and more calm. i am very grateful to all the staff for making a difficult experience feel as safe and comfortable as possible!

I also appreciated their follow-up and reminders, which showed a high level of care and responsibility. In my experience, the negative reviews do not reflect the quality of service provided.

Everyone here  is super caring, nice, compassionate and non judgemental. They made a stressful ordeal a lot easier.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  I honestly had such an amazing experience here, especially being young. I do not live near Brampton, but the clinics near me were giving me an extremely difficult time and making me feel very anxious and uncomfortable that I was in the situation that I was, and I had spoken to several doctors that all refused to give me a referral for a surgical procedure. All doctors I was being referred to only perform medical abortions, and I too far along for a medical abortion. I was running out of options in my town, so I looked down south for other options and I called the Brampton Women’s Clinic to ask if they would take someone from outside of Brampton. The receptionist was very kind to me and told me exactly how to go about applying for a surgical procedure. I submitted my application online, and I got a callback almost immediately afterwards to book an appointment. I got in for the next day, and they sent detailed emails about the entire process that reassured me. The clinic is a little small; which is why I assume they can only take in a certain amount of patients at a time and support visitors are not allowed inside, and they do cost a fee, but it is honestly no issue in the long run. From the moment that I went in, the receptionists and nurses were very helpful and kind, always checking in on me and answering every question I had. During the actual procedure and consultation with the doctor, they were very friendly and eased my nerves entirely- not a single person made me feel bad for my situation or made me feel unwelcome to ask questions. The nurses did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable, especially after the procedure was complete, and as odd as it is to say, the nurse gave me the easiest and least painful IV I have ever received in my life. I genuinely cannot thank all of the workers there enough for giving me a space to feel comfortable and safe during the process. I highly recommend coming here, and giving the nurses the patience that they deserve.

I don’t really write reviews, but I think this might be helpful for someone who’s in the same place as me I was super hopeful and pregnant, but unfortunately, my pregnancy did not progress and I had to go to Brampton women’s clinic. They treated me with utmost respect and care. The nurse in the recovery room took care of me as if I’m one of her own. I loved my experience in this clinic and I think the nurses are doing amazing job.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Just went in today and they are probably the most nice and helpful people in a medical setting I've ever been to. They talked me through the process, checked up on me, took care of me. I had a few questions and the nurse in the recovery room was immediately sweet enough to stop what she was doing and answer as best as she could. And just getting to know all of the staff was such a pleasure. I know they're supposed to be nice and calming because it is a very nervous process, but I don't think I saw anyone that had a frown or was in a bad mood, even the receptionists. Everyone was smiling and joking among each other. It was such a nice atmosphere and instantly calmed me down. I don't mean it this way, but I hope I never have to go there again, but I would absolutely recommend anyone else that needs/wants to go through with the process, to go here.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  To the girl scrolling right now, I was you. Searching up reviews, scared shitless the night before my D&C 2 weeks ago due to my unfortunate missed miscarriage :(

Don’t let the reviews scare you! I actually cannot believe how supportive and experienced the staff were. The day of, before I got the procedure done, I had a consultation with a nurse which felt like a therapy session I didn’t know I needed. She took the time to read my file and had a kind, gentle demeanour. I cried my eyes out but she was able to ease my stress and explain everything to me.

The doctor performing the D&C and the 2 nurses in the room were super friendly and were able to distract me, put in my IV and it was honestly done in about 3 minutes and I was able to carry out a conversation with the nurse the entire time. It was not painful. Words cannot explain how STRESSED I was the night prior and I was afraid of being awake during the procedure as I don’t do well with pain but it went well and I recovered in 2 days!

So to the girl stressing out, don’t. You’re in good hands!

Firstly, the staff there is extremely warm, and it's especially comforting when this isn't exactly a comfortable situation. Even the pelvic exam that I typically dread was quick and simple. Some people may complain about having to go in alone, but it's a very small space and that is common practice for any medical office I've ever been to post-covid.
Make sure to thoroughly read and understand everything before going in, and it'll be a smooth process.
