Our Services

Choose a service to see how it works, who it’s for and how to book.

Medical Abortion (Abortion Pill)

Ends an early pregnancy with medication (Mifegymiso) instead of a procedure. There is no surgery or sedation.

  • Up to 63 days (9 weeks) of pregnancy
  • Taken at home, in private
  • Most patients need only one clinic visit
  • 95–98% effective

Surgical Abortion

A short in-clinic procedure with local anaesthetic, performed by our doctors with registered nurses.

  • For pregnancies from 4 to 16 weeks
  • An ultrasound confirms how far along you are
  • You are not put to sleep, and medication for comfort is offered
  • The procedure itself usually takes only a few minutes

Pregnancy Decision Counselling

Talk through your options with an experienced, non-judgmental counsellor before you decide anything.

  • You can book a counselling-only appointment
  • Every abortion patient meets our counsellor first
  • Support by phone after your visit
  • Printed resources to take home

Not Sure Which Option Is Right for You?

The right choice depends on how far along your pregnancy is, your health and what feels right for you. Our comparison guide explains the differences between the abortion pill and surgical abortion, including timing, comfort and recovery.

You can also call us at (905) 789-7474 to talk it through, or book a counselling appointment first. There is no pressure to decide before you are ready.
